mianstream media need to be humble too

i have long been saying too many Vs, too few Ns.

every1 has view, and adult rarely change, not to mention ego factor.

media biggest role is always News! Facts! Data! focus on those, not views. for the few views, label them clearly as columists, an better add not reflecting publisher views. do editorial rarely, only most needed moment such war or huge nature disasters.

hopefully more meida would follow wp and latimes examples, never endorse any1 from now on.

I wish there would be at least 1 media solemnly promising the public:

let more media be like AP, wiki, USAtoday, or local TV stations.

you have to let people trust your info before trust your view.

the past 2 days i found just 2 examples that reinforcing bezos saying:

1. senior cbs reporter catherine herridge fired, most likely linked to her suppressed hunter biden investigation report.

2. the sudden IOWA becoming swinging state stuff?! not even close, where it came from, and why mainstream widely spread it?!

even if you are progressive meida anchor, conceal your sharp edges, let guest do the talking, try not to argue with guests, let opposite guests argue themselves!

dont be like cnn, msnbc, amanapour, be more like judy woodruff and her pbs successor a nawaz.

i still remember woodruff interviewed cui tiankai before him go home, she ended with wrming words " lets do this more often", i haven't see pbs did with qin, so far xie not yet, hopefully soon.
